The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager reporting into the Area Sales Manager.

You will inspire and develop our high performing team of up to five staff members as well as to uphold our brand’s reputation for luxury and excellence.

In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

  • How You’ll Contribute
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Client Experience, Feedback & Improvement: Ensure all clients are warmly welcomed and their needs understood through consultative selling and responsive service, while actively gathering feedback on in-store experiences and products to identify and implement improvements that elevate service standards and operational excellence.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of our jewellery collections and conduct regular training to boost the team’s product expertise.
  • Sales

Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and KPIs, promoting a consultative, customer-focused approach while managing the store’s Profit & Loss performance.

  • Market & Performance

Insights: Support the RSM by conducting local competitor analysis and monitoring store KPIs to identify trends, inform strategic initiatives, and drive store growth and market competitiveness.

  • Operational

Management: Oversee CRM and internal systems to accurately process bespoke orders and manage enquiries, while collaborating with the Operations Team to maintain stock accuracy, minimise discrepancies, and conduct regular checks to prevent loss.

  • Store Presentation & Maintenance: Oversee all aspects of store presentation, including visual merchandising in collaboration with the VM team, daily cleanliness and organisation to create a welcoming environment, and prompt coordination with maintenance to ensure the store remains well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Security & Loss

Prevention: Implement and enforce security protocols to protect merchandise and prevent theft, working closely with security personnel and management to promptly address any concerns or incidents.

  • Health & Safety

Compliance: Ensure the store operates in full compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies by overseeing team training and promoting a safe work environment through strict adherence to health and safety guidelines and prompt response to any incidents.

  • Success in this role looks like: consistently achieving or exceeding store sales targets, fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence through accurate and efficient processes.

Skills You’ll Bring to The Role

  • 4-5 years’ of experience in a similar luxury retail environment, with a strong sales track record
  • Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating high-performing retail teams to achieve sales and service excellence
  • Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e. g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded
  • Skilled in building relationships with high-end clientele and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including exceptional listening, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving role requirements
  • Proficiency in new software and the ability to quickly grasp new systems
  • A genuine passion for luxury products and a discerning eye for aesthetics
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product handling, visual merchandising, and client communications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
