Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Executive will be instrumental in implementing the online trading strategy across key markets and analysing performance metrics. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams - such as marketing, merchandising, design and DevOps - to optimise website functionality, elevate the customer experience and drive online sales performance. We’re looking for a data-driven professional with exceptional organisational skills to help drive our continued growth.
- Website Performance & Trading
- Support with the online trading plan to maximise revenue and conversion rates.
- Support with the development roadmap of new functionality and testing.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to enhance the user experience and maximize conversions.
- Conduct daily and weekly site checks on product inventory, photography, navigation, SEO and merchandising.
- Complete all general administration tasks and ad hoc business projects as directed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse website data and customer journey insights to optimise online performance to support business decision-making.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly ecommerce performance reports.
- Content & Merchandising
- Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to visually merchandise product categories based on performance data and planned activity.
- Coordinate the delivery of all online content (landing pages, category banners, etc.) for new season and new product launches as well as launching new marketing campaigns.
- Manage the execution and maintenance of blog content across all regions.
Proven e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion or jewellery. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other data tools to enhance the online customer experience.
