Austability Group Limited, a UK-based Defence and National Security holding company managing a portfolio of contracting subsidiaries across Five Eyes nations and partner countries, is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition and Management to lead the operational delivery of human capital management across the Group. This appointment represents an opportunity to build and run the systems, processes, and team capability that underpin AGL's workforce, ensuring recruitment pipelines, employee lifecycle administration, and performance management operate at the standard demanded by Defence sector clients and multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Management, the TAM Manager bridges day-to-day HR operations and executive workforce strategy. The role owns operational execution across the Group while providing upward input that informs portfolio-level human capital decisions and Board-level reporting.
Key Accountabilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across the Group, including sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, with particular focus on security-clearable candidates and specialist Defence skill sets.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding across multiple jurisdictions.
- Administer and optimise the Group's HRIS to audit-ready standards.
- Ensure consistent application of Group TAM policies, adapted to local regulatory requirements.
- Provide first-line advisory support to subsidiary managers on employment matters.
- Produce workforce reporting and analytics supporting investor-grade human capital disclosure.
- Coordinate cross-jurisdictional TAM matters including international transfers and multi-entity employment arrangements.
- Minimum 5 years in a talent acquisition and management role, with at least 2 years in a multi-entity or group structure.
- Experience within or serving Defence, National Security, or adjacent regulated sectors is highly desirable.
- Understanding of security clearance processes and their impact on recruitment timelines and candidate eligibility.
- End-to-end recruitment management including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- HRIS administration and cross-jurisdictional TAM experience.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
