Austability is urgently seeking an experienced D365 Change Manager to lead an ERP adoption programme across multiple functions in a hybrid/remote UK setting. The contract role focuses on user adoption, behavioural change, and governance beyond mere system implementation, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and training.
You will own end-to-end change activities, design role-specific training, monitor adoption KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
