🚨 URGENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY | D365 ERP CHANGE MANAGER 🚨

£550 per day | 3-Month Contract | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced D365 Change Manager with a proven track record of driving ERP adoption and business transformation? Austability is seeking an experienced contractor to lead a critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations adoption programme across multiple business functions. This is a high-profile transformation engagement where success will be measured by business adoption, user engagement, and sustainable behavioural change, not just system implementation.

The Role

As Change Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end change programme, driving adoption of D365 across:

  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Commercial / Bids & Proposals
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • HR

You will lead the change strategy using the ADKAR methodology, managing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, resistance management, adoption reporting, and post-implementation reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the full ADKAR change lifecycle
  • Design and deliver role-specific training programmes
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple departments
  • Identify and address resistance to change
  • Monitor adoption KPIs and provide executive-level reporting
  • Lead hypercare planning and post-implementation review activities
  • Chair Change Working Group meetings and drive programme momentum

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5 years leading ERP change programmes
  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
  • ADKAR or Prosci Certification
  • Experience delivering structured business transformation programmes
  • Ability to influence stakeholders from operational teams through to executive leadership
  • Experience developing training and knowledge assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and governance documentation skills

Highly Desirable

  • Defence, National Security, Aerospace, or regulated sector experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and CMMC environments
  • Experience within multi-entity or holding company structures
  • Understanding of procurement processes and ERP workflow controls
