About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for designing beautiful, user-centred experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI kits.
- Ensure the consistency of visual elements across different products and platforms.
- Use a data-driven approach to make informed design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Provide support during the implementation phase to ensure the designs are accurately translated into code.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Prototyping: Experience in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Wireframing: Strong skills in wireframing and creating low-fidelity mockups.
- Visual Design: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- User Research: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
