City Heart Medical is currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy team on a full-time basis.
The role provides exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical staff.
The position includes rostered weekday and Saturday / Sunday shifts on a rotational basis and would suit an individual who is organised, friendly, reliable and committed to delivering a high standard of patient care and service.
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties, which include:
- answering incoming calls
- scheduling appointments
- meeting and greeting patients
- invoicing and receipting
Essential Criteria
- excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- ability to remain calm and professional
- ability to work unsupervised
Desirable Criteria
- experience in a general practice using Best Practice, Microsoft Office
- experience in working in the Health Environment
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and computer skills. Additionally, you must have an interpersonal and positive personality and the ability to multi-task. Typing skills are advantageous.
- Remuneration will be dependent on experience and consideration will be given to preferred working days/hours, if needed.
