We are seeking a sharp, energetic, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our high-performing team. This pivotal role supports the marketing and sales departments to drive operational excellence, enable commercial success, and deliver business insights. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, analytically minded, and comfortable using digital tools to coordinate initiatives, generate reports, and support our go-to-market activities.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and teams across sales, product, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing logistics for industry events and conferences; ensure marketing assets and event materials are prepared and delivered on time; support the sales team in pre- and post-event coordination to maximise ROI.
- Sales Enablement: Help maintain and update sales collateral, brochures, and pitch decks; manage content and tools that support the sales cycle, including CRM updates; ensure smooth adoption of sales technologies and materials.
- Operations: Support marketing and sales processes by maintaining systems and workflows; generate regular performance reports and dashboards; help ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Insights and Reporting: Monitor and interpret data from marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics); identify opportunities and inefficiencies across the marketing and sales funnels; provide insights to inform campaign optimisation and strategic planning.
- Analytical: Able to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms.
- Communicative: Clear, confident written and verbal communicator.
