My Client a leading global Tier 1 multi-strategy hedge fund is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their team in London.
This person will help manage and scale the firm’s secured financing capabilities across counterparties, streamlining the onboarding lifecycle and leveraging modern AI/automation tooling to optimize capital workflows, while liaising directly with senior management and internal trading desks.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 2-4 years of experience within a leading investment bank, ideally across prime brokerage, repo/securities lending, collateral management, operations, or front/middle office trade support
- Strong academic pedigree with excellent communication skills and the maturity to interface directly with senior stakeholders
- High intellectual curiosity, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and comfort using technology to improve processes
