Auros is a global algorithmic trading and market‑making firm operating across digital asset markets. We provide liquidity to the world’s leading exchanges and trading venues, operating 24/7 across multiple regions. We’re a highly technical, performance‑driven business with teams spanning Europe, the US, and APAC. We value smart, practical people who take ownership, exercise good judgement, and get things done without unnecessary noise.
The role involves looking for a senior, technically strong recruiter who wants to broaden their scope and grow into a true 360 HR role over time. Reporting to the CPO, this is an autonomous position based in the UK, covering Europe and US time zones. You’ll have significant ownership and visibility, working closely with senior tech leaders and the executive team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end technical recruitment across engineering and trading technology
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and workforce strategy
- Building strong candidate pipelines in highly competitive talent markets
- Expanding over time into broader HR and people responsibilities, including:
- Workforce planning and organisational design support
- Performance and development processes
- Employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives
- Acting as a trusted people partner to the tech organisation
What we’re looking for:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business, Psychology, STEM)
- Strong experience in senior technical recruitment within complex, high‑bar environments
- Comfortable working across European and US time zones
- Mature, self‑directed, and pragmatic — this is not a heavily structured role
- Confident operating autonomously and exercising sound judgement
- Clear communicator who can build trust quickly with technical and senior stakeholders
Why Auros:
- Opportunity to work at the forefront of the digital asset industry.
- High‑trust, low‑bureaucracy environment with real autonomy
- Genuine opportunity to shape a global, highly technical business operating at pace
- Clear runway to grow from senior technical recruiter into a well‑rounded 360 HR partner
- Partner with smart, pragmatic people who will support you to work at your best
If you’re a senior technical recruiter ready to expand beyond hiring and operate with genuine autonomy, we’d welcome a conversation.
