Role summary
We're looking for a senior, technically strong recruiter who wants to broaden their scope and grow into a true 360 HR role over time. Reporting to the CPO, this autonomous position is based in the UK, covering Europe and US time zones. You'll have significant ownership and visibility, working closely with senior tech leaders and the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Owning end‐to‐end technical recruitment across engineering and trading technology
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and workforce strategy
- Building strong candidate pipelines in highly competitive talent markets
- Expanding into broader HR and people responsibilities, including workforce planning, organisational design support, performance and development processes, employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives, and acting as a trusted people partner to the tech organisation
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology, STEM)
- Strong experience in senior technical recruitment within complex, high‐bar environments
- Comfortable working across European and US time zones
- Mature, self‐directed, and pragmatic — this is not a heavily structured role
- Confident operating autonomously and exercising sound judgement
- Clear communicator who can build trust quickly with technical and senior stakeholders
