Description
To provide and communicate relevant and timely management information in order to facilitate improved performance and financial control to support appropriate financial decisions. Provides support to all financial aspects of Aurorium.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- To ensure all processes abide by company policy.
- Posting bank transactions and maintaining cash book reconciliations.
- Responsible for the processing of payroll; collation of payroll data, uploading data to 3rd party payroll provider, checking data integrity of payroll cycle reports and supporting with payroll sign off.
- Supporting with employee payroll and pension queries, and liaise with HR & Finance teams, to act as the subject matter expert for all payroll related matters.
Technical
- To ensure timely and accurate entry of financial information into SAP.
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Intercompany reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations and revaluations.
- Misc GL postings.
- Accruals / Prepayments.
- Support month end close and reporting.
- Supporting the annual audit.
- To provide and suggest areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce operational cost.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Senior Management Accountant.
- To undertake other duties as may be required.

- Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly.
