Responsibilities
- Leverage targeted outreach, including phone calls, emails, and other digital channels, to identify and engage potential customers.
- Respond to all inbound inquiries same-day by phone, to engage prospects and swiftly convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain an active and robust project funnel.
- Manage a territory of Inside Sales accounts, fostering strong customer relationships through consistent, documented contact.
- Coordinate orders, obtain forecasts, optimize pricing (value) and demonstrate customer‑centricity through the adept handling of any customer concerns: technical, logistics, quality, regulatory.
- Oversee select distributors, mobilizing them on joint sales campaigns.
- Champion the value‑based sales and marketing system of Aurorium.
- Cultivate deep customer relationships, continuously questioning to uncover opportunities to deliver real value; engage colleagues from marketing and technical teams to address strategic needs through innovation.
- Drive customer interactions across the organization to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a sales role or related role at a specialty chemicals company preferred.
- Experience utilizing a CRM to facilitate growth, communication, and the customer experience.
- Experience with developing sales plans and executing to achieve overall growth goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in at least one other European language, preferably German, Italian or French.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs and priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style as needed to influence stakeholders and drive results.
- Proven hunting skills within the sales process.
- Ability to cooperate effectively within a multi‑functional, global organizational structure, demonstrating robust interpersonal skills.
