About Aurora

Aurora is the AI‑Native Lifestyle Operating System for human flourishing in a world of AI slop, inefficiency, and noise. We believe that time is the only currency that matters. So, we’re on a mission to help you make the most of every minute of your life—stronger connections with your family and friends, experiences and adventures that transform who you are, and building the perfect physical and mental temple of health.

The Product Designer

Our core team of 20 is searching for a world‑class product designer to define Aurora’s UI/UX. You’ll place a multi‑daily‑usage, multi‑modal, multi‑player product in the hands of the world’s most influential and ambitious individuals, reshaping how they plan, book, and manage their lives across core lifestyle domains—including travel, dining, experiences, luxury goods & gifting, and longevity.

This role is not about executing predefined requirements. We’re looking for someone who can deeply understand the real problems our members face, challenge assumptions, and design the right solutions—from identifying the opportunity to shipping a polished experience.

You’ll own product design end‑to‑end: exploring problems, proposing interaction models, validating ideas, and delivering production‑ready designs. You’ll work closely with engineering and product to define what we build, not just how it looks, and help set the bar for usability, clarity, and premium craftsmanship in an always‑on product. The role reports directly to the CTO and has the potential to grow into a senior leadership position spanning design, product, and brand.

Our Principles

  • We seek truth
  • We are high‑leverage
  • We are courageous
  • We are owners
  • We believe impossible is an attitude

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with ownership over shipped consumer experiences
  • Strong end‑to‑end product design skills across UX, UI, interaction design, and visual polish
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, components, and interaction patterns
  • Proven ability to incorporate user feedback, research insights, and data into design decisions
  • Exceptional craft and polish

Benefits

  • $2,000 Tech & Education budget
  • Complimentary Oura ring or Whoop
  • Complimentary longevity testing subscription
  • Full health benefits; 90% coverage, including full dental & vision
  • 15 Flexible remote days per year
