Role Overview
Our core team of 15 is searching for a full‑time Senior Travel & Lifestyle Manager to join our 7‑strong Member Experience Team. You will work directly with our Co‑Founders and founding Travel Manager to shape and elevate Aurora’s member experience, ensuring high‑touch service across every aspect of our product, with a core focus on travel. You’ll join our core London Member Experience team, including founding Lifestyle Managers, in our office in central London. This role reports directly to Aurora’s Co‑Founder & COO and has the potential & flexibility to rapidly grow into a leadership position across Travel, Business Operations, Member Experience, and Growth.
Responsibilities
- Curate and execute exceptional lifestyle experiences & itineraries for members, with a strong focus on travel alongside dining, wellness, luxury goods, and events where necessary.
- Build and manage relationships with top‑tier travel providers, including boutique hotels, luxury resorts, private aviation, DMCs, niche insider contacts, and elite destination specialists.
- Anticipate the evolving needs of high‑achieving individuals, proactively suggesting unique opportunities that enhance both their personal and professional lives.
- Cultivate & operationalize deep knowledge of global travel trends, destinations, and high‑end hospitality to ensure Aurora stays ahead of member expectations.
- Provide front‑of‑line insights and feedback to internal teams on working with our internal AI technologies, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to help improve Aurora’s services and drive innovation for your team.
