We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow Aurora World's social media presence. This role focuses on brand storytelling, product promotion, audience engagement, and trend-driven content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), Linked-In and Pinterest
  • Write on-brand captions that reflect Aurora World's playful, warm, and family-friendly tone
  • Manage day‐to‐day community engagement: comments, messages, and mentions
  • Monitor trends, memes, and viral formats relevant to toys, gifts, and lifestyle content
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to increase sales and traffic to the DTC platform.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Analyse performance using platform insights and reporting tools
  • Recommend improvements based on engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and influencers when required
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social channels

Influencer & Campaign Support

  • Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations, if the need arises
  • Track campaign performance and deliver reports

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Understanding of major social media platforms and trends
  • Creative eye for visuals and storytelling
  • Excellent organisation and time‐management skills
  • Experience in toys, gifting, lifestyle, or consumer products
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing
