The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and governance matters within the UK's energy infrastructure sector.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a qualified solicitor.
- Strong legal foundation with commercial judgement.
- Relevant experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, infrastructure/projects, energy/utilities, or regulatory/compliance is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, hybrid-working environment.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and project documentation.
- Providing legal support for corporate transactions, investments, and restructuring.
- Advising on regulatory compliance, data protection, and privacy matters.
- Assisting with company secretarial and board governance processes.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams including finance, technical, and operations.
