Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting two Education Consultants to join this ambitious education agency who are starting the next period of their growth strategy. We are searching for SEND consultants to take over a warm Desk based in North London. You will need to be from an education recruitment or high compliance background.

You will be working within a dynamic, high-performing environment in charge of a desk that is 50+ days per week. The role offers a competitive salary and achieves realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000+ through performance-based incentives and commission structures, including the September Long Term Drive Promotion. This position has a defined career path as they are looking to grow the Division and if successful, this candidate is earmarked for leadership roles in the future.

Salary up to £40,000 dependent on your Education Recruitment track record + a great bonus structure which can rise up to 20% of gross billings. This role is Hybrid with hours split between office, home and client visits:

  • Early Shift: 7am to 4pm - 7am to 2pm in the Holidays
  • Mid Shift: 8am to 5pm - 9am to 4pm in the Holidays
  • Late Shift: 9am to 6pm - 11am to 6pm in the Holidays

  • Experience in Recruitment or Sales, ideally within an Education or high compliance sector

  • Excellent communicator who enjoys problem-solving.
