Aurora Samuel Associates is proud to present this excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Recruitment Company as Resourcing Manager. This role would suit someone who has worked in In-House Recruitment, been part of an external Talent Acquisition Team or Agency Recruitment. Someone that has managed relationships with senior hiring managers, candidates and supported a team and business source and place candidates as per their targets and budgets.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (D.O.E) + Commission and End of Year Bonus. OTE in year one will be £40,000 to £45,000. OTE in year two will be £50,000 to £55,000 plus 25 days per year, + Bank Holidays + Birthday Off. Holiday grows 1 day per year for the 1st 5 years you are employed by the business.
Key responsibilities as Resourcing Manager:
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively searching for suitable candidates using various methods like job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pool.
- Client Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients, and supporting the strategic growth of the business.
- Maintaining Databases: Keeping track of internal CRM and ATS, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
- Supporting the Recruitment Process: Assisting with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, including the job offer and aftercare process.
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential talent pools and understand market trends, including salary benchmarking, locally, regionally and nationally.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates on all recruitment projects.
- Suppliers: Managing relationships with the business's suppliers, including Job Board suppliers, Marketing Partners & Database providers.
- Tech Stack: Manage the day-to-day relationships with tech partners, ensuring team members are adequately trained and getting the most out of the tools provided. Regularly review the market for products and services that will enhance our service offering and provide efficiencies to the business.
