My client is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join their thriving branch to work either Primary, Secondary or SEND desks.

Education Recruitment Consultant:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• After a range of schools, you will be expected to build upon the existing relationships we have with schools in the area, assisting with their daily, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs.

• Warm desks and cold desks are available

• Business development calls with schools and arranging client meetings with HR managers, headteachers, etc.

• Full recruitment lifecycle management to progress and convert sales leads.

• Maintain and develop client relationships.

• Attract suitable candidates using a variety of methods.

• Candidate registrations follow company regulations.

• The recruitment process from start to finish

• Places candidates to meet client requirements and to achieve targets.

• Exceptional customer service and high standards with both clients and candidates.

• Meet agreed KPI targets.

• Meet/exceed agreed financial targets

You will need:

• be able to work full-time Monday-Friday 7.00 am – 4.30 pm

• a UK, full driver's licence,

• be able to work well within a small team,

• be confident when speaking to people, either candidates or clients,

• desire to go above and beyond

In return, you’ll receive.

• basic salary – up to £50,000, dependent on experience
