Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting for an Office Manager / EA to join this ambitious agency based in the heart of Northampton. We are ideally looking for someone from a recruitment background who is very comfortable with all back office elements of the role, as this is a non-sales or Recruitment role. This position is purely an office-based operational admin role.
Role Responsibilities:
- To handle all weekly payroll for the temporary candidate business
- To handle all compliance for all temporary candidates and weekly auditing.
- To manage all job boards and to seek out the best deals
- To manage all job boards' stats and performance, and to ensure they are all linked to the company's CRM
- To quality control and create as required all external communications, including LinkedIn posts, Job adverts and website/social media content
- To assist the Managing Director in all operational elements of running the business day to day
- To run and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
- To assist where required, all consultants with a candidate sourcing or management role
- To ensure that all contracts and Terms of Business are up to date and compliant
- To manage all Expenses from staff and supply the MD with finalised reports
- To assist with all new starters to ensure that all new starter admin is completed quickly and professionally
- To assist the MD with diary management and any travel arrangements as required
- To manage all of the company's IT contracts and to ensure that the utilisation of all software and hardware is cost-efficient and up to date
- Be available for any ad-hoc duties as required.
Person Background:
This role would suit someone from a busy agency background who is looking for a step away from the 360 billing role, but who wants to stay connected to the busy environment of a recruitment office. To be considered for this role, you would require a firm background in recruitment, having experience with job boards, CRM's, Compliance, Payroll and candidate sourcing.
Further role details:
- Part-time hours - working a 60% week, days and hours are negotiable
- Salary range £35,000 to £50,000 paid pro rata to hours worked
- Permanent 25 days' holidays increasing with length of service, plus statutory holidays.
