My client is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join their thriving branch to work either Primary, Secondary or SEND desks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- After a range of schools, you will be expected to build upon the existing relationships we have with schools in the area, assisting with their daily, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs.
- Warm desks and cold desks are available.
- Business development calls with schools and arranging client meetings with HR managers, headteachers, etc.
- Full recruitment lifecycle management to progress and convert sales leads.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
- Attract suitable candidates using a variety of methods.
- Candidate registrations follow company regulations.
- The recruitment process from start to finish.
- Places candidates to meet client requirements and to achieve targets.
- Exceptional customer service and high standards with both clients and candidates.
- Meet agreed KPI targets.
- Meet/exceed agreed financial targets.
You will need:
- To be able to work full-time Monday-Friday 7.00 am – 4.30 pm.
- A UK, full driver's licence.
- To be able to work well within a small team.
- To be confident when speaking to people, either candidates or clients.
- A desire to go above and beyond.
In return, you’ll receive:
- Basic salary – up to £50,000, dependent on experience.
