We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team.
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategies across various channels to promote our real estate services and drive business growth.

- Manage and track marketing budgets and expenditures
- Create and curate content for marketing collateral, such as blog posts, case studies, and presentations
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a marketing lead or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and analytics
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
