We are looking for a London-based Designer with strong graphic and motion design skills to join the team on a permanent basis. You will support client projects, pitches, marketing activity and live productions, working across static and moving design. This role suits someone equally comfortable designing decks and brand systems as they are creating motion graphics, animated titles and short-form video assets.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality graphic and motion design across Aurora's client work and internal output. This includes pitch decks, brand assets, digital and social content, motion graphics, titles and short-form video. You will work closely with producers, directors, editors and senior leadership, owning design delivery from concept through to final output.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver graphic and motion design for client pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Create visually strong decks, brand assets and pitch materials that clearly communicate ideas.
- Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, broadcast and live environments.
- Produce short-form video assets including animated explainers, sizzle elements and branded content.
- Own and apply Aurora's visual identity across business development, marketing and communications.
- Develop design concepts from brief to final delivery, maintaining consistent quality and craft.
- Collaborate with editorial, production and post teams to integrate design into wider content output.
- Prepare assets for delivery across multiple platforms and formats.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Review and refine work to a high standard before delivery.
Skills & Experience (Required)
- Strong graphic design fundamentals across layout, typography, colour and composition.
- Strong motion graphics capability, with experience creating animated assets and titles.
- Confident working across static and moving design within the same project.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. After Effects (essential).
- Ability to develop concepts and translate them into clear visual ideas.
- Experience designing for digital and social platforms.
- Comfortable presenting design work and explaining creative decisions.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and quality control.
- Experience working in sport, broadcast or live production.
- Experience in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Understanding of how content performs across digital and social platforms.
- Basic video editing and finishing skills.
- Experience working with and evolving brand guidelines.
