This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Manchester location. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

- Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
