The Role

  • Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to resolution
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and HR documentation
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Managing case files and ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines
  • Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, and third parties
  • Supporting on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Contributing to the smooth running of cases and delivering an excellent client experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting employment law matters, including tribunal work
  • Strong drafting skills across contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
