The Aurora Group is seeking a Pastoral Lead and Designated Safeguarding Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the safety, wellbeing and development of pupils with ASC and SEMH needs.
You will lead safeguarding, support attendance and behaviour, coordinate risk assessments and pupil plans, and work with families and external professionals to help pupils progress. A full driving licence and enhanced DBS check are required.
