We are a leading energy services company looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse range of energy sector services, including lifting operations, equipment inspections, rope access work, and ATV services.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of skilled technicians, supervisors, and project managers. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
Project OversightOversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure smooth operations.
Safety and ComplianceBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Deep understanding of lifting operations, equipment inspections, rope access, and ATV services. Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations, including LOLER, PUWER, and IRATA.
