Aurora is currently seeking a Project Administrator to support the delivery of a large internal global People & Culture software project. This is an exciting People & Culture (P&C) HRMS transformation project, starting with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Your focus will be to support the project team to successfully deliver the project over the next 9 months. The role will work closely with the Internal Technology and People & Culture departments throughout the lifecycle of this business-critical project. You should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders around the business. This is a predominantly internal business-facing position, although some interaction will likely be required with external parties. We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail, is well organised and has a team ethos mindset. Previous project experience in a similar role is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and wider project team with administration activities, such as meeting minute taking.
- Preparing progress reports.
- Creating system process flows.
- Tracking tasks and deliverables.
- Assist with data migration activities, including collation and population of data migration templates.
- Support with delivering the Change Management plan, including preparation of companywide communications.
- Provide general administrative support towards the successful delivery of the project, as required.
