We are currently seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Test Lead to join our Internal Technology department and the HRMS project team, on a short-term basis (3 months).

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Aurora global HRMS transformation project, implementing SAP SuccessFactors.

In this role, you will lead all aspects of testing, working closely with Aurora project management and workstream leads, in addition to the SAP Partner supporting Aurora with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

There will be an expectation that you know SAP SuccessFactors well from a functional & technical perspective. The key modules being implemented for Phase 1 will be: Employee Central (including Time Off), Performance Management & Goal Management, Onboarding (2.0) & Variable Pay.

Key Responsibilities

Test Script Creation & Test Tool Management

  • Create detailed test scripts for each module based on provided business scenarios.
  • Identify the required test data for each test cycle.
  • Prepare our test management tool, Azure DevOps, for each test cycle: Create test plans/suites, upload created test scripts, manage user access, configure reporting.

Test Cycle Management

  • Prepare & deliver testing kick-off briefing session(s).
  • Lead and manage daily test triage calls during each test cycle.
  • Support testers with any queries or blockers raised during testing.
  • Working closely with our SAP Partner, manage the tracking and status updates of defects as they are raised, fixed & retested.
  • Provide and present daily/weekly test status, risks and readiness reporting to project management and governance forums.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required attributes:

  • Proven experience leading testing on a SuccessFactors implementation or project.
  • Proven experience using Azure DevOps (or similar test management tool) for end-to-end test governance: planning, execution tracking, defect lifecycle, analytics, and release readiness.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and core modules.
  • SAP certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders appropriately.
  • Flexible approach to work, positive, can-do attitude, and a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management certification
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification
  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals certification
