Department: Advisory
Location: Oxford, UK
Mission
The mission of this role is to build the team, organization and processes to establish Aurora as a leading PPA and tolling agreement dealmaker in Europe. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the process end to end for our clients including negotiations, tenders and managing other advisors making us the first point of contact.
- Structure PPAs and BESS agreements by optimizing design and risk allocation in close alignment with the client to achieve highest value while maintaining project bankability.
- Valuation & benchmarking by leading analysis (collateral, NPV, etc); produce lender/credit-committee-ready memos; embedding Aurora’s Lumus PPA and tolling price software where appropriate.
- Build Aurora’s PPA practice: educate and build-up your team; standardise playbooks, checklists, QA; uphold independence.
