  • You will train clients on how to use Aurora’s software products, leveraging technical expertise across Aurora’s software suite and relevant power markets knowledge, and developing deep knowledge about their use cases for our products.
  • You will troubleshoot wide‑ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power market knowledge and data analysis skills.
  • You will meet with clients in‑person and virtually to support usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain Aurora’s client base in APAC.
  • You will collaborate with the Commercial Team to implement strategies to engage with users and drive product adoption and satisfaction.

  • Fluency in both Japanese (N1 level/Native level) and English (TOEIC 800+/C1 level).
Desirable attributes:
  • Japanese power markets modelling experience.
  • Track record of building stakeholder relationships across teams and countries.
