We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation as we implement SAP SuccessFactors across our global business. To support this critical project, we're looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven individual who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn. This role will play a key part in our data cleansing and validation activities, ensuring our employee data is accurate, complete, and ready for a successful SAP go-live. You'll work closely with the People & Culture team to review, maintain, and improve employee data across multiple systems while supporting business-as-usual HR administration and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR systems and data management experience while contributing to a high-profile global project. This is a fixed term position for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, maintain and validate employee data across People & Culture systems and trackers, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors by cleansing and updating employee data from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and completeness throughout migration and system transition activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of People & Culture systems and employee records to ensure compliance with organisational policies, data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain data guides and documentation to support consistent data management practices and organisational structures across the People & Culture team and wider business.
  • Support routine and ad hoc global People & Culture reporting by extracting and preparing accurate employee data for stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain employee information including personal details, organisational changes and employment records.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll-related data activities, including preparing payroll input files and ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Manage data retention and data purging activities in line with company policies, GDPR requirements and applicable legislation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Culture data processes, procedures and controls.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Good data processing skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to review, validate and maintain large volumes of data.
  • Experience of data input, update, cleansing, reporting and record management.
  • Strong Excel skills, including working confidently with large spreadsheets and datasets.
  • Good systems aptitude with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with People & Culture teams and stakeholders across the business.
  • A proactive, data-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
