Location: Worthing & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £14 - £15 per hour. With time and a half on Bank Holidays plus double time on Christmas and Boxing Day.
Paid Training including Care Certificate. Drivers preferred: Mileage paid between 35p to 45p per mile + Paid Travel Allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Care Giver, you’ll be supporting older adults and people with health needs across Worthing and the surrounding area in their homes. You’ll help them stay independent, comfortable, and connected whether that’s at home, out and about, or in a supported living environment. Your day-to-day could include:
- Assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, toileting, and getting ready for the day always with dignity and respect.
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks tailored to their likes, needs, and any special diets.
- Providing companionship and a listening ear, especially for those living alone.
- Helping with light housekeeping; a quick tidy-up or some laundry can go a long way.
- Driving to appointments or outings (if you drive many clients enjoy a trip to the shops or the sea!).
- Supporting families during more sensitive times, including hospice and end-of-life care.
- Keeping simple notes on care and passing on anything we need to know.
What You’ll Need:
- A driving licence and access to a car.
- Proof of your right to live and work in the UK.
- Experience is not essential for this position, as we will give you full training and support every step of the way.
- A naturally caring, patient, and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Flexibility for alternate weekends.
