About Aurora Cedars School
Aurora Cedars School offers a tailored education for up to 80 pupils aged 5–19 with ASC and SEMH needs. Many of our students benefit from specialist support with speech, language, and communication—and that’s where you come in.
The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated therapy team. You’ll play a key role in creating a communication-friendly environment and helping us realise our vision: To build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to thrive and find their place in the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans in collaboration with teaching staff
- Managing a small caseload of pupils with speech and language needs
- Supporting staff through training, consultation, and reflective practice
- Working closely with our experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo
What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria:
- You will be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
- Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
- Completed SALT NPQ Status
