Due to growth within the company we have an exciting opportunity for a project manager to join the well-established Infrastructure team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to lead our efforts in delivering world-class Rail Infrastructure projects. This role will be expected to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver end to end Rail Infrastructure projects.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the delivery of rail infrastructure replacement, modification or maintenance projects.
- Contribute to overall business success as a member of a professional infrastructure management team supporting the objectives of Aurizon’s operational and maintenance teams.
- Apply project management discipline and fit for purpose processes to manage the delivery of projects in a complex business environment.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, and actively monitor progress against established targets.
- Manage project change and risks, anticipate challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Generate project reporting for project sponsor stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Project management experience in rail or heavy industry is highly desirable.

- Relevant recognised PM qualifications or tertiary degree is highly desirable.
- The ability to travel frequently throughout SA and NT.
