We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior FinTech Lending Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for our lending technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with banks, non-bank financial institutions, digital lenders, fintechs, and corporate clients, identifying opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and closing strategic deals. This role requires a strong understanding of lending products, digital lending platforms, credit workflows, and financial services technology, combined with exceptional consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across banks, fintechs, NBFCs, credit unions, and alternative lenders.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outbound activities.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
    • Develop account plans for strategic customers and expand wallet share within existing clients.
  • Solution Selling
    • Understand customer lending workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
    • Position digital lending solutions including:
      • Loan origination systems (LOS)
      • Loan management systems (LMS)
      • Credit decisioning platforms
      • AI-powered underwriting and risk solutions
      • Embedded finance and BNPL solutions
      • SME, consumer, and corporate lending platforms
    • Conduct discovery workshops and executive-level presentations.
    • Collaborate with solution consultants and product teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, heads of lending, risk, operations, digital banking, and technology teams.
    • Manage key stakeholder engagement throughout the sales process.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments in lending and financial services.
    • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.
    • Identify emerging opportunities within digital lending, open banking, embedded finance, and AI-driven credit solutions.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
    • Support contract negotiations, RFP responses, and procurement processes.
    • Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related field.
  • 7–15+ years of B2B sales experience within fintech, lending technology, banking software, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions into financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
