As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs.</p> <h2>Duties will include:</h2> <ul> <li>Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship</li> <li>Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients</li> <li>Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app</li> <li>An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs</li> <li>Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy</li> <li>Enteral feeding, tracheostomy, catheter, or stoma care may be included</li> </ul> <h2>What about the role?</h2> <p>As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more.</p> <p>If you enjoy caring for people and making a positive difference in their lives, this could be the ideal role for you.
