Salary: Various, based on shifts

Location: Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster, Battersea, Fulham, Maida Vale, Mayfair, Lambeth, and Wandsworth

What is Domiciliary care? This is care provided in the client's home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs.

Duties will include:

  • Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship
  • Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
  • Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
  • An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
  • Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy

What about the role? As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more. If you enjoy caring for people and making a positive difference in their lives, this could be the ideal role for you. A friendly and compassionate attitude, along with an understanding and respectful approach to those who need support, will make you a strong candidate for this position. As a carer with us, you can make a real difference to the lives of our clients, giving them the support they need to live independently in their own homes.

Experience:

  • We would ask for a minimum of 6 - 12 months’ professional care experience
  • Flexible availability
  • Experience in complex care would be an advantage
