We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our exceptional team at Auriens Chelsea. This is a fantastic role for someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about delivering outstanding service within a luxury environment. You will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and impeccably maintained home for our residents and their guests. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine care for people in everything they do.
- Ensure all designated areas and apartments are immaculately clean and presented to the highest standard
- Deliver a genuine, intuitive, and personalised service to residents and their guests
- Report maintenance defects promptly using the correct procedures
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas to a high standard
- Support and train new team members, helping to create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the resident experience
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the safe handling of chemicals and use of appropriate PPE
We are looking for a positive, professional, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards within a luxury environment. You will be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues while providing a warm and personalised service. With excellent attention to detail, you consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. - Experience as a valet attendant, or a willingness to support laundry operations
