About Auriens Group: Offering unique, world-class service to clients, Auriens Group operates at the intersection of luxury later living and premium domiciliary care. Founded to transform perceptions of retirement and elder care, the Group has rapidly established itself as a benchmark for excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction. It comprises two main divisions: Auriens Chelsea, a luxury independent living community, and Draycott Nursing & Care, a leading provider of private, elevated domiciliary nursing and care services. Auriens Group’s reputation is built on trust, professionalism, and a relentless commitment to enhancing later life.
About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing delivery across both Auriens and Draycott Nursing & Care. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who is digitally confident, highly organised and genuinely motivated to build something — not just maintain it. Our digital channels are in their early stages of development. You will be instrumental in bringing both brands to life online: establishing a consistent presence, building content rhythms and creating a real reporting infrastructure from the ground up. You will be based primarily at our Chelsea office for three days, and you will have the opportunity to attend events, capture original content in a beautifully designed environment and bring both brands to life through the real stories and moments that happen there.
About You: You are someone who takes pride in quality, notices the details and gets things done without being chased. You are comfortable working across several projects at once and understand how to manage your own time across competing priorities. You have good instincts for what works digitally and a genuine interest in brand, content and storytelling, not just the mechanics of scheduling and posting. You understand that the work you produce reflects the brands you represent, and that matters to you. You are confident using digital tools, comfortable working with agencies and capable of keeping activity moving without losing sight of standards. You are also a natural collaborator: able to work closely with two Marketing Managers, respond well to direction and contribute ideas of your own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and publish approved content across Auriens and Draycott digital channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, email and website.
- Maintain the shared content calendar across both brands, keeping activity coordinated and on track.
- Upload and update approved content on both websites using the CMS.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns: building, testing, deploying and reporting.
- Coordinate digital assets, copy, imagery and approvals between internal teams and external agency partners.
- Attend some Auriens and Draycott events to capture original content (photography, short-form video and social moments) in line with brand guidelines.
- Capture informal content across the Auriens residence (interiors, details and everyday moments) to maintain a consistent visual presence between campaign shoots.
- Support basic SEO hygiene across uploaded content: page titles, meta descriptions, image naming and internal links.
- Pull regular reports across website, social media, email and campaign performance, and help turn data into clear, useful summaries for the Marketing Managers.
- Help maintain organised digital asset libraries across both brands.
- Monitor social media comments, messages and engagement, escalating where needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least three years of experience in a marketing, digital, content or social media role.
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms, in particular LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing tools, social scheduling tools or analytics dashboards.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, assets and approvals across multiple projects.
- A proactive, practical approach and genuine willingness to get involved across different areas of the marketing function.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Ability to work comfortably across two brands with different audiences, tones and priorities.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in luxury, hospitality or property.
- Experience capturing casual content at events (photography, short-form video or social storytelling).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience supporting email marketing or CRM activity.
- Experience pulling and interpreting reports from Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, email platforms or similar tools.
- Basic image editing or asset formatting skills.
Benefits:
- 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays)
- Life Insurance
- 2 paid volunteer days per year
- Tiered Company Pension Contributions starting from 6%
- Medicash - Cash Plan
- C2W, Tech Scheme and GymFlex Discounts
- Highstreet Discounts
- Electric and Hybrid Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme
- Season Ticket Travel Card
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Long Service Awards
- Recommend a Friend bonuses
