At Draycott Nursing & Care, we care about care! We are looking for a Carer who is able to work in NW3. Salary: Various, based on shifts. Location: NW3.

We like to match our carers’ schedules to our clients’ needs, which may vary from physical and practical support to social and emotional care.
What is Domiciliary care? This is care provided in the client's home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs.
Duties will include:
- Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship
- Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
- Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
- An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
- Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy

As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more. Experience:
- We would ask for a minimum of 6 - 12 months’ professional care experience
