We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our exceptional team at Auriens Chelsea. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all designated areas and apartments are immaculately clean and presented to the highest standard.
- Deliver a genuine, intuitive, and personalised service to residents and their guests.
- Report maintenance defects promptly using the correct procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas to a high standard.
- Support and train new team members, helping to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the resident experience.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the safe handling of chemicals and use of appropriate PPE.
We are looking for a positive, professional, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards within a luxury environment. You will be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues while providing a warm and personalised service. With excellent attention to detail, you consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You are organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with a proactive and flexible approach. A strong team player, you contribute positively to the team and support colleagues when needed.
Experience as a valet attendant, or a willingness to support laundry operations. Previous housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel, private residence, or similar high-end environment. Immaculate personal presentation and grooming standards.
