What is Domiciliary care?
Simply, this is care provided in the client's home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client's specific diagnosis and needs.
Duties will include:
- Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship
- Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
- Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
- An awareness of the client's emotional and spiritual needs
- Observing and following Draycott Nursing's Health and Safety policy
What about the role?
As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more. If you like to care for people and make a positive difference to their lives, this could be the ideal job for you. Having a friendly and caring attitude, as well as understanding and respecting the people who need support, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Experience
We would ask for a minimum of 6 - 12 months' professional care experience.
