Salary: Various based on shifts

Location: Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster, Battersea, Fulham, Maida Vale, Mayfair, Lambeth, and Wandsworth

What is Domiciliary care? Simply, this is care provided in the client’s home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs.

Duties will include:

  • Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship
  • Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
  • Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
  • An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
  • Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy

As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more. Having a friendly and caring attitude, as well as understanding and respecting the people who need support, will make you an ideal candidate for this role. As a carer with us, you can make a real difference to the lives of our clients at a time when they may really need you, giving them the support they need to live independently in their own homes.

Experience: We would ask for a minimum of 6 - 12 months’ professional care experience
