ABOUT THE ROLE The Night Concierge (Security) is responsible for ensuring that residents, visitors and staff are given advice and provided with a safe and secure environment in line with legislation and particularly in emergency situations. This will include communicating with emergency services, protecting people and property, detecting and preventing crime including operating and controlling access control. You will be welcoming, meeting and greeting residents and visitors entering the building and will ensure the property is secure throughout the night. They will conduct random and continuous patrols to engage with colleagues in the building, proving a presence and preventing the opportunity for harm. This role will be supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes.
