This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team where you’ll be given the platform, autonomy and support to develop your own client relationships, work alongside recognised specialists and progress towards Partnership.

The firm has an outstanding reputation for advising financial institutions, banks, investment managers, payment services businesses, regulated corporates and high-growth financial services organisations on complex regulatory matters.

The Opportunity

Working as part of an established national Regulatory team, you’ll advise on a broad range of Financial Services Regulatory matters, including:

  • FCA regulation and regulatory advisory
  • Consumer Duty
  • MiFID II
  • AIFMD
  • Banking & Payment Services
  • Asset Management & Investment Funds
  • Regulatory perimeter advice
  • Financial promotions
  • Prudential regulation
  • Consumer Credit
  • FCA Change in Control applications
  • Regulatory change and governance

Alongside delivering high-quality advisory work, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen existing client relationships, develop new business and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

About You

We’re keen to speak with ambitious lawyers who have:

  • Strong Financial Services Regulatory experience gained within a recognised law firm or financial institution.
  • Experience advising on FCA regulation and the wider UK regulatory framework.
  • Excellent technical ability and commercial judgement.
  • A genuine interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
  • The ambition to play a leading role within a growing national practice.
