We are working exclusively with a prestigious organisation looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Loan Asset Manager with German language skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a portfolio of CRE loans backed by prime UK and European real estate assets, supporting a leading team in a highly visible and impactful role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
- Act as a key liaison between borrowers, facility agents, and internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of each facility.
- Review complex finance documents, assist in financial modelling, and oversee major loan events and deliverables.
- Play an integral part in reviewing waiver/modification requests and providing clear credit recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with in-house asset management and legal professionals to protect the client’s interests throughout the loan lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in loan agency asset management, within commercial real estate.
- This is a Middle Office role (NOT ORIGINATION).
- Fluent German.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in finance, real estate, business or a related field is preferred.
Work structure: Hybrid: 3 days/week in London office; 2 from home.
