Financial Services Regulation , ideally advising banks, investment firms, payment institutions, asset managers and other FCA-regulated businesses.

The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced
Financial Services Regulatory Partner , you will play a key role in the continued expansion of the practice.
You will advise clients across a broad range of Financial Services Regulatory matters, including:
- FCA regulation and advisory
- Consumer Duty
- SMCR
- Mi FID II
- Banking regulation
- Payment Services Regulations
- Electronic Money Regulations
- Prudential regulation
- Financial promotions
- Consumer Credit
- Asset Management
- Investment Funds
- Regulatory perimeter advice
- Change in Control applications
- Governance and regulatory change
Alongside delivering technically excellent advice, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships, grow your practice and contribute directly to the future direction of the team.
About You
We're keen to speak with lawyers who can demonstrate
- Significant Financial Services Regulatory experience gained within private practice or a leading in-house financial services legal team.
- Strong expertise advising on FCA regulation and the wider UK regulatory framework.
- Experience working with banks, investment firms, asset managers, payment institutions or other FCA-regulated businesses.
- A commercial mindset with genuine business development capability.
- The confidence and ambition to build a practice and develop long-term client relationships.
- Ideally, an existing network or portable client following that can support a business case for Partnership.
