Travel Consultant

We’re recruiting at Auria Travel in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, and we’re looking for an experienced Travel Consultant who is hungry to sell, ambitious about their earnings and excited by the opportunity to create some seriously incredible holidays.

Because this isn’t your standard travel retail role.

More than 60% of our sales are tailor-made, dynamically packaged or created with our DMC partners around the world.

Yes, we sell all the major package holiday brands our customers know and love.

But we can also create so much more.

Multi-centre adventures. Luxury long-haul. Cruise and stay. Safari. Touring. Honeymoons. Complex itineraries. Or something completely bespoke that starts with a blank sheet of paper and a conversation with the customer.

And that’s exactly the kind of Travel Consultant we’re looking for.

Someone who loves the thrill of converting an enquiry and earning commission, but also loves the craft of travel.

Someone who wants to ask questions, get to know their customers, nurture relationships and build holidays they’re genuinely excited to hand over.

Someone who might be thinking:

I know I’m capable of selling more. I just need somewhere that gives me the freedom to do it.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years' retail travel agency experience, a strong sales record and, most importantly, the ambition to do more.
